Senior Financial Analyst

A large enterprise organization is seeking a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to support the financial side of a major technology and business transformation initiative. This role will own and maintain detailed financial models used to evaluate costs, investments, savings, and business decisions throughout the program. The ideal candidate combines advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and improve detailed financial and business-case models. Develop financial baselines and evaluate costs, investments, savings, and expected returns. Perform scenario, sensitivity, driver-based, and what-if analysis. Update financial models as assumptions, timelines, and business decisions evolve. Analyze results and identify key financial impacts, risks, and opportunities. Turn complex Excel analysis into concise PowerPoint presentations and executive recommendations. Present business cases and financial findings to senior finance and business leaders. Partner with Finance, Technology, Program Management, and Transformation teams. Support ad hoc analysis and changing priorities within a fast-moving transformation environment. Required Qualifications Strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Advanced hands-on Excel financial modeling experience. Proven experience developing and maintaining business-case or investment models. Strong scenario and sensitivity analysis skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Ability to work with incomplete or changing information and develop logical, defensible assumptions. Experience translating detailed financial analysis into executive-level insights and recommendations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working directly in complex models rather than solely overseeing the work. Ability to meet the Atlanta hybrid/onsite requirements.
