About the Role
The Company is seeking a New Business Sales Manager to lead the execution of a local market sales strategy for its Under 500 Buyer Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improved client and customer retention, competitive positioning, and membership and earnings growth, all while upholding a strong brand reputation. This role involves leading a team to deliver consultative solutions that address client and customer needs in the areas of health and wellness, productivity, and security. The New Business Sales Manager will also be accountable for the sales organization's performance, coaching team members, and ensuring the development and execution of market-specific sales and marketing plans. Applicants for the New Business Sales Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 8 years in the industry and at least 5 years in a sales role. Sales management experience is preferred, particularly in the recruitment, selection, and development of new sales representatives. The role requires excellent knowledge of the sales management process, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and a proven ability to lead a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building a competitive sales force, be comfortable in a dynamic and competitive environment, and possess the leadership skills necessary to drive strong sales growth.
