Wir digitalisieren und automatisieren komplexe Kommunikations- und Prozessabläufe für Praxen, MVZs und Kliniken. Deine Rolle Onboarding, Implementierung & Rollouts bei Enterprise-Kunden Projekt- & Ressourcensteuerung über mehrere parallele Implementierungen Teamführung & -aufbau im Bereich Delivery / Implementation / Project Management Delivery-KPIs wie Time-to-Value, Go-Live-Rate & Milestone-Adherence Deine Aufgaben Aufbau & Führung eines Enterprise-Delivery-Teams Standardisierung & Skalierung von Implementierungsprozessen Steuerung komplexer Multi-Stakeholder-Projekte Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Tech zur Anforderungs- und Feature-Steuerung Recruiting und Skalierung der Organisation
