Position Overview Preci Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, tracking inventory movements, and helping keep materials and products moving smoothly through the facility. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. How You’ll Contribute

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, and staging products accurately.
• Use barcode scanners to track inventory movements and update inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks using a pallet jack while safely handling materials.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment to support timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed.
• Work with production and warehouse team members to improve workflow and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material handling preferred.
• Experience with order fulfillment, inventory systems, or warehouse processes helpful.
• Comfortable using, or willing to learn, barcode scanners and inventory tracking tools.
• Pallet jack experience preferred, but training can be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Basic math skills for counting, inventory tracking, and shipment verification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move throughout the shift.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
