The Key Holder plays a vital role in managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This position involves opening and closing responsibilities, overseeing inventory, supporting sales goals, and leading staff to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts professionally
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Supervise and support store staff throughout shifts
- Assist in achieving sales targets through proactive sales support
- Maintain store facility cleanliness and organization
- Prepare and submit reports as required by management
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
