Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain

• Strong skills in assessment, development of IEPs, and implementation of individualized therapy plans
• Ability to deliver effective make-up services and maintain accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students on your caseload
• Provide direct intervention to support students’ speech and language development
• Offer make-up therapy sessions as needed to ensure compliance and continuity
• Develop goals and write reports for IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with families and staff to provide updates and recommendations
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes
