Location: La Vergne, TN Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour TEMP TO HIRE Shift: 2nd Shift, 7:00 PM – 2:45 AM Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We're seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our team in La Vergne, TN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will be responsible for assembling products, performing quality checks, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Operate basic assembly equipment and hand tools safely.
- Package and prepare completed products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production records when required.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM – 2:45 AM Overtime is expected each week and may include extended weekday hours and/or weekend work as needed.
