Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to determine clients' needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and cultural context, ensuring a holistic approach.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings such as individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention strategies and collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, providing essential skills and strategies to manage their conditions effectively.
\n
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to measure the effectiveness of therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest research and practices in the mental health field.

• Safeguard client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We utilize trauma-informed techniques to provide our clients with a safe and respectful therapeutic journey, recognizing the individual paths each client has taken.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities or with specific populations may be given preference. Experience with teletherapy and using digital tools for therapy is also advantageous.

• The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, depending on experience, educational background, and skill level.
