Customer Service Specialist Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a position located in Columbus, OH We're looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in customer service, contact center/call center operations, healthcare administration, medical records, claims processing, data entry, or provider relations Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneously Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work from and manage assigned call lists (advanced Excel not required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer interactions Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently follow established procedures Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
