You will work closely with two EFDAs to provide efficient, top-tier care, allowing you to focus on what you do best: clinical excellence and patient education. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Certifications: Current CPR and AED certifications. Skills: Proficiency in patient charting, medical imaging equipment, and aseptic/disinfection techniques. Communication: Strong phone and in-person communication skills for patient counseling and scheduling. Physicality: Must be able to withstand the demands of an active practice, including standing, bending, and manual dexterity for long shifts. Job Description Diagnostics: Perform annual perio-charting, intraoral photos, and bitewing X-rays; full-mouth series every three years. Patient Advocacy: Determine recall schedules and collaborate with the front office to prepare restorative treatment plans before the patient leaves. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all procedures, health history updates, and patient conversations. Education: Provide nutritional counseling and strategies for brushing and flossing. Operations: Manage sterilization, monitor inventory/ordering, and ensure operatories are restocked and prepared for the following day.
