Position Description

The Scheduler/Planner is responsible for coordinating the workflow of work and materials within and between manufacturing departments according to daily and weekly production schedules.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications :

High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience working in manufacturing environment preferred. 1 year of MRP system experience preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

1. Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Detailed oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Essential Functions

1. Run daily MRP system to generate shop order routing prior to order release.
2. Assist shipping and receiving to maintain shipping schedules.
3. Assist with maintaining raw and finished goods inventory levels.
4. Assist the shipping department with material receipts and finished goods items.
5. Perform other duties as assigned and needed.
