This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is detail-oriented, and can balance deadlines with ongoing administrative needs. Job Duties Assist attorneys with day-to-day litigation support Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence Manage and organize case files (both electronic and physical) Perform e-filing and assist with court-related deadlines Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and scheduling Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed Job Requirements 3+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
