We are looking for a driven Junior Recruiter to join our team in Irvine, CA and support hiring across our growing multifamily portfolio, with a primary focus on recruiting for financial sales roles.While this is an entry point into Talent Acquisition, it carries high visibility and is structured to rapidly develop you into a mid-level recruiter. This position blends operational coordination with sales-focused recruiting—meaning outbound outreach, pitching opportunities, and relationship-building are at the core of what you do. We care far less about years of recruiting experience and much more about your personality, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
