Staff Accountant I

The Staff Accountant supports the month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations. You’ll prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain accurate ledgers, assist with AP/AR, and produce timely reports that are compliant with US GAAP. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Education: BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required.Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience (Hotel Accounting); multi-entity or multi-location experience a plus.Technical: Solid US GAAP fundamentals; strong Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots); experience with ERPs (e.g., Dataplus, Sage Intacct, M3, SAP, or Oracle).Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization and time management, clear written/verbal communication, and problem-solving mindset.Nice to Have: Exposure to revenue recognition, and experience with Dataplus accounting systemWork ConditionsOffice environment with extended computer use.Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally (files/equipment). #J-18808-Ljbffr
