Prepares accounting reports, financial reports and statistical summaries for management. Establishes tables of accounts and assigns entries to proper accounts. Implements, modifies, and documents recordkeeping and accounting systems. Implements payment schedules and ensures accuracy with internal purchase orders, check request and ensures compliance with financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements. Develops, maintains and analyzes budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Monitors blanket purchase orders and notifies departments of balances. Establishes, monitors and administers accounts payable database, including analysis and manipulation of data to prepare reports Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
