Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and treatment plans.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide follow-up care for patients experiencing acute mental health issues.

• Collaborate with various departments, including the Department of Correction, to coordinate appropriate mental health services, ensuring timely access to care.
\n
• Lead therapeutic group sessions within mental health observation units and monitor patient progress effectively.
\n
• Regularly participate in clinical supervision sessions with your Clinical Supervisor to enhance your skills and provide the highest quality care.
\n
• Engage in case conferences and treatment planning meetings to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients.
\n
• Comply with all documentation requirements and submit statistical reports as needed to track patient outcomes.
\n
• Participate in mental health and medical rounds as assigned, contributing valuable insights into patient care.
\n
• Supervise social work interns and student volunteers, offering mentorship and guidance as they gain hands-on experience.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned by clinical leadership, adapting to team needs and organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse clients across various age groups, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to various client backgrounds and symptoms, focusing on empowering individuals toward recovery through a strengths-based approach.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-through with care plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in community health or correctional environments.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in conducting psychological testing and evaluations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Luther Psychotherapy Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
