Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients to evaluate their mental health concerns, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are data-driven and tailored to meet the unique challenges and goals of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses all facets of client well-being.

Qualifications\n
