Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, personal strengths, and specific needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with assessment findings and the goals established collaboratively with clients.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective support.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers to provide holistic care for clients.

• Advocate for clients' rights, facilitating access to appropriate mental health services and community resources that are essential for their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and caseload.
