The team is lean, driven, and focused on delivering world-class performance and reliability across its global data center footprint. The Role The VP of Data Center Operations will lead global data hall operations, overseeing infrastructure, on-site technicians, and operational teams across multiple high-density facilities. This executive will set strategic direction, manage capacity and cost structures, and ensure operational consistency and excellence across all sites. Responsibilities include overseeing data center expansions, migrations, and critical maintenance, developing operational processes and standards, minimizing downtime, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement across all functions.
