About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Data Center Operations, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in enterprise-scale operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, discipline, and daily execution of a national portfolio of mission-critical data centers, overseeing a large team and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence. This includes a relentless commitment to uptime, safety, and customer confidence, as well as the leadership of teams operating highly reliable data center infrastructure. The role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires a leader who can own the operational heartbeat of the portfolio, drive consistency across facilities, and build a performance culture rooted in safety and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in mission-critical operations or similarly complex environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data center or critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-intensive environments, and a demonstrated ability to lead through incidents and periods of organizational growth.
