About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Global Revenue Operations to lead the transformation of its go-to-market engine. The successful candidate will be tasked with unifying sales, marketing, and customer success under a highly automated, data-driven operational strategy. This role is pivotal in eliminating operational silos, driving predictable annual recurring revenue growth, and overseeing the technological and procedural frameworks that support the global sales force. Key responsibilities include revenue strategy design, global deal desk transformation, governance and margin protection optimization, technological orchestration, AI adoption, executive collaboration, and compensation design. Candidates for this executive position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategic business operations within a high-growth B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment. A proven track record in managing a global deal desk and deep expertise in international market dynamics, particularly in emerging regions, are essential. The role requires advanced technical fluency in modern revenue infrastructure and a strong background in financial metrics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred, and the candidate should be adept at leading diverse, cross-functional global teams.
