Compensation:

$125,400 - $213,600 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the complexities of foreclosure and distressed property transactions with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with buyers, sellers, and investors to facilitate successful deals in the foreclosure market.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of foreclosure processes and market trends to provide expert advice.
• Leverage specialized training and proven systems to maximize client satisfaction and deal success.
• Establish yourself as a trusted specialist in the foreclosure segment, building a strong reputation in the industry.
• Utilize dedicated marketing support to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
• Focus on building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals in the future.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply specialized training on foreclosure and distressed property transactions.
