Executive Office AssistantWe have an opening for an Executive Office Assistant. This is an immediate opportunity for a permanent position. We are a fast-moving, dynamic business seeking a self-motivated, reliable individual to join our office team. You must be able to work well within a team environment and take initiative when required. This position requires you to understand our customer needs and provide an exemplary customer experience. You must be flexible and able to prioritize job duties based on daily office activity.For the right candidate:Potential to grow with the company and expand this to a full-time position with additional compensation packageQualifications:Previous experience in data entry and clerical responsibilities is required.A strong background in customer service is required.Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.Attention to detail and reliability are a MUST.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Scheduling lessons and tracking multiple schedules for our various instructors.Answering phones and assisting clients with their individual needs.Confirming daily appointments and adjusting schedules as needed.Perform various office tasks including filing, or other duties as needed.Assist owners with day-to-day office management.Job Hours:25 - 35 hours weekly.Some flexibility with scheduling.Job Type: Part-time.
