Job Description :

The Administrative Support Professional provides clerical and administrative support to enable team and category/department goals. Supports day-to-day operations including scheduling, data entry, coordination, and general administrative tasks, while assisting with ad hoc requests and projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Provide administrative and clerical support to team members to support business objectives.

• Gather, organize, and input data; generate reports.

• Support documentation, systems entry, contracts, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Resolve basic operational issues (e.g., data discrepancies, item setup, pricing inquiries) and escalate when appropriate.

• Maintain organization of schedules, tasks, and documentation to support team efficiency.

• Assist with ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
