The position is 8 hours per day during the school year. The starting rate is $20.10 - $22.77 DOE, paid over twelve months, and includes a full benefit package (medical/dental/life insurance; PERSI; sick leave). Open until filled. The successful applicant will have: A high school diploma/GED; A combination or equivalent to two years of college-level training in office management or business administration; Five years of responsible and varied secretarial experience, including two years of experience performing secretarial work for an administrative official; Demonstrated clerical and bookkeeping skills; Knowledge of common office software; The ability to work with staff, students, and the general public. An extensive background check (including employer recommendations, references, and a criminal history check) is required. Deadline for applications is until filled.
