Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.2. Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.3. Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal audit processes.4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.5.
