- Prefer a 2‑year degree with 3+ years of related experience, or a 4‑year degree with 1+ year
- 5 years of progressive hotel or related F&B experience with supervisory background
- Ability to stay composed and objective in high‑pressure situations
- Deliver standout service across all F&B areas
- Assist with budgeting, revenue strategies, and financial decision‑making
- Identify issues early and resolve them quickly to maintain smooth operations
- Use Windows systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools confidently
- Motivate, coach, and guide F&B staff while upholding standards and procedures
