Epic Analyst

Epic Certified Cupid Analyst
The Epic Certified Cupid Analyst will:
- Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic clinical applications (e.g., Cupid, Ambulatory, Inpatient, ClinDoc, Orders, Willow, ASAP, etc., based on assigned module)
- Support clinical workflows including documentation, order entry, medication management, care planning, and clinical decision support.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
- Partner with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, quality, safety, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic configuration and technical build.
- Facilitate workflow design sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical functionality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field, RN preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or clinical operations supporting Epic
- Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and change management
- Understanding of clinical workflows in assigned clinical module(s)
- Clinical and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
- Strong collaboration and customer-service mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to patient safety, quality, and clinician experience
- Epic certification required
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
