Job Description

Location: Pembroke Pines, FL

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

Tuesday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 6-hour shift
Total: 30 hours per week

Compensation

$15.00 per hour
W-2 Employee

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
Check clients in and out efficiently.
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
Process client payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Communicate effectively with service providers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
