Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach is seeking an Experienced Powersports Sales Manager to lead and mentor our sales team at the Redondo Beach location. The role requires 5+ years in sales management within a multi-line powersports dealership, with a track record of success in coaching, goal setting, and driving performance.
We offer strong compensation ($90,000–$125,000 base+commission) with benefits including medical, vision, dental, a 401k match, paid time off and holidays.
