Opportunity We are hiring a Junior Accountant who will grow into future finance leadership roles. This position involves real ownership and a clear path to senior accounting, FP&A, and related roles. What You’ll Do Support the month‑end and year‑end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals. Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate variances. Help maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP. Contribute to the preparation of internal financial reports and support external audit requests. Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements; provide insights beyond data entry. Partner cross‑functionally with business unit leaders to understand the “why” behind the numbers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field conferred within the last 12 months. Strong academic record; CPA‑eligible or actively pursuing CPA licensure. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and quick learning of advanced functions). Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how businesses operate. Excellent written and verbal communication—explaining variances to non‑finance managers. High attention to detail and personal accountability for your work. Working knowledge of AI and desire to build further. Compensation Competitive starting salary of $65,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on qualifications, with performance‑bonus eligibility and commission incentives.
