Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks. Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Oversee clerical tasks, including sorting and sending mail and other communications in a timely and professional manner Respond to requests and resolve office-related malfunctions efficiently Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary Maintain and organize physical and digital files Greet and assist visitors upon arrival at the office Ensure smooth and effective daily office operations Provide general administrative support, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Analytical and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred 1–3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, ideally in an administrative or clerical role Prior legal experience is a plus but not mandatory Employment Details Exempt/Non‑Exempt: Non‑Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time Location: Brock & Scott, PLLC - New Jersey This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
