Job description - Immediate Joiners Service Description Vendor will perform lower-environment configuration and unit testing activities required to implement the HCM quarterly release for environments: {DEV / TEST /UAT}. Vendor will provide L2 and L3 application support for Non-Production environments. Deliverables Configuration updates applied to agreed lower environments per release notes and Customer backlog. Unit test execution for agreed test packs; evidence captured (screenshots/logs). Release summary: changes implemented, test results, open risks/issues, and deployment readiness recommendation. Defect triage and remediation for defects in lower environments. Provide L3 application support for non-production environments, including investigation, configuration fixes, SR creation including coordination with Oracle on resolution.
