Key Responsibilities\n

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress, concerns, and any potential issues impacting care.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes, in compliance with department protocols and regulatory standards.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being during challenging times.

• Conduct regular assessments of client progress toward treatment goals and adjust therapeutic plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Consult with clients’ families and support systems to create comprehensive discharge plans and ensure continuity of care following treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
