Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an engaging full-time opportunity supporting students across Pre-K through 12th grade during a maternity leave assignment. This contract-to-hire role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact, working with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students. With a consistent schedule from 7:45 am to 3:50 pm, you'll find structure and balance as you help learners achieve their communication goals.

Ideal candidates bring a background in school-based speech-language pathology and experience with evaluations, IEP creation, and group facilitation. Your expertise and commitment will be essential as you collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
• Experience in school settings, working with Pre-K to 12th grade populations
• Familiarity with conducting evaluations and developing comprehensive IEPs
• Comfortable running and attending IEP meetings
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of around 50 students
• Complete student evaluations and progress monitoring reports
• Develop, write, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Lead and participate actively in IEP meetings with educators, families, and support staff
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to all regulatory policies
