WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST Learning about our mobile products, services, and billing processes to provide knowledgeable and efficient customer service Representing a Fortune 100 company and being the voice of Spectrum Interacting with customers through inbound calls to resolve a variety of topics, including mobile service activation, billing questions, rate and fee inquiries, order and payment processing, account updates, subscriber challenges, and more Resolving mobile customer inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences Working independently in an open, friendly environment while collaborating with a supportive, energetic team Were a large organization with bustling 24/7 call centers offering a variety of shifts.
