Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address diverse family dynamics.

• Assessing clients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific situations.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that address issues such as conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and relationship repair.

• Providing specialized interventions for challenges related to alcohol use, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment approaches that meet the needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse client population, including couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, families navigating conflicts, and individuals working through personal challenges. The position focuses on various presenting issues such as blended family dynamics, mother-daughter conflicts, grief, communication barriers, and more. You will play a pivotal role in promoting healthier family interactions by providing expert guidance and therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Georgia.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficient understanding of therapeutic modalities and techniques relevant to family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prime Health Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide:
