Couple that with over 30 years of combined experience and it's no wonder why KabaFusion is the industry leader in home infusion.Job SummaryPerforms a wide variety of general office duties including mail pick-up, mail sorting, mail opening, and mail distribution; copying, scanning, and filing documents; answering phones and other administrative duties as assigned. This position provides administrative and clerical support to managers and staff.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral office duties including mail pick-up, mail sorting, mail opening, and mail distribution.Research checks in CPR+ to determine which entity it belongs to and record it on the check stub.Assist with answering phones and act as back-up receptionist as needed.Administrative duties for general office management.Compile, organize and prepare deposits for remote deposit capture machine.Help with FedEx management and shipments.Enter bank deposit information into various spreadsheets.Scan documents and verify scanned documents are accurate and include all pages.Assist accounts payable team with copying, scanning, and filing invoices and expense reports.Copying, scanning, filing, and organizing of accounting department documents.Type letters, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.Assist managers, supervisors and office staff with administrative and special projects or tasks.Box up year-end AP and Accounting files for storage.Maintains files and records for the office.Other duties and projects assigned by Accounting Manager, AP Manager, Sr. Director of Accounting and SVP of Accounting & Payroll Compliance.Skills and AbilitiesMust maintain a professional and personable demeanor.Reliability in checking own work to ensure accuracy.Excellent accuracy and attention to detail is a must.Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize to meet deadlines as well as ability to work in a collaborative manner as a team player.Education and/or ExperienceHigh school graduate or equivalent requiredIntermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word user are required.Some college courses preferred (not required)1-3 years of experience working in an office environment.Minimum one year experience in medical industry preferred.What we offer:Competitive compensationBenefits start on your 1st day of employment401k w 4% match – no waiting or vesting periodPTO / Floating Holidays / Paid HolidaysCompany paid life insurance, short term disabilityEmployee Assistance programs to help with mental health / wellnessLearning & Development ProgramsPerks… includes discounts on travel, cell phone, clothing and more…Generous employee referral programJoin us and find out why this is the place to excel and do your best work.
