Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients with clarity Calculate copays and handle payment processing Verify insurance and manage billing and coding Respond to patient inquiries via phone and in person Support front desk administration and maintain accurate digital and paper records Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Salary Range part-time $21 - $26 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
