About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. A deep passion for the arts, particularly classical music, and a strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape in this sector are essential. The role requires a leader who can inspire and engage with donors, faculty, and the community, and who is committed to the values of musical excellence and individual development. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, in a relevant field such as arts administration, music, or nonprofit management. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
