Surgical Sales Representative – Medical Device | Tampa Bay

The Opportunity
Manage and grow a territory throughout the Tampa, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Lakeland area.
Represent a portfolio of capital equipment and disposables, developing new business and expanding existing accounts. Build relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and purchasing stakeholders through a consultative approach focused on clinical and economic value.

- Medical device or surgical sales experience
- Demonstrated sales success and new-business development skills
- Confidence engaging physicians in substantive clinical conversations
- Ability to communicate technical and clinical information effectively
- Coachability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
- Strong territory planning, organization, and presentation skills
- High integrity, emotional intelligence, and self-motivation
