Startup Account Executive - Americas (West)

About This Role We’re hiring an Account Executive in North America (West) to help scale Ashby’s fast‑growing startup segment. In this role you will work on a small team and win new business with growth companies of up to 100 employees. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads, develop outbound pipeline, and play a key role in accelerating our growth. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and create high‑volume outbound pipelines to fast‑growing, venture‑backed startups. Conduct product demonstrations and sell a product that customers are truly excited about. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records in real‑time. Work closely with a small, collaborative team to achieve and exceed quota. Requirements 2+ years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience. Proven ability to source sales meetings from outbound prospecting activities. Consistently achieved stretch targets by combining creativity and organization. Bonus Points Previous experience as a recruiter or RecOps professional, or using hiring‑tool platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever. Experience selling to talent‑acquisition professionals. Prior success as an inbound/outbound BDR before becoming an AE. Benefits Fairly set, achievable quotas – typically >65% of AEs are at or above quota. Unlimited PTO with a recommendation of four weeks per year. Compensation Range: $120K – $165K.
