Business Analyst

Position Title Business Analyst Location Hybrid - Torrance, CA 90503. Duration 6+ months with high possibilities of extension. Pay Rate $50/hr on W2. Career Requirements Requirement elicitation Business process analysis Critical thinking and excellent communication skills Documentation (scope, requirement traceability, test case creation, test result verification, etc.) Stakeholder management 7+ years of experience in each skill Bachelor's degree (required) Automotive industry knowledge (nice to have) Data analysis and visualization (nice to have) Basic SQL and program analysis skills (nice to have) Job Description Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes, workflows, and project deliverables. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables. Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.
