Project Manager – Miscellaneous & Ornamental Metals $130000 - $150000 per year | South Easton, MA | On-site | Permanent Project Manager – Miscellaneous & Ornamental Metals South Easton, MA | Full-Time | On-Site A bit about us: We\'re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with direct experience in structural, miscellaneous, or ornamental metals to manage projects from drawing approval through installation coordination. This is a role for someone who\'s comfortable on a job site as much as at a drafting table — not a desk-only PM role, and not a fit for candidates coming from software, IT, or data analytics project management backgrounds. Competitive salary based on experience Paid Time Off Health & Dental Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Job Details You\'ll manage the technical and coordination side of ornamental and miscellaneous metal projects (railings, stairs, gates, architectural metalwork, structural steel components, etc.) — reviewing drawings, coordinating between drafters and fabricators, and staying on top of details through to installation. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Reviewing approval and fabrication drawings for accuracy Checking bills of materials and confirming details are correct Coordinating drawing and detail revisions with drafters and fabricators Conducting field measurements and surveying site conditions Tracking change orders, bulletins, SKs, and other project changes Submitting drawings for approval and record Coordinating initial ironworker setup for install on each contract item Attending job site meetings Serving as the day-to-day point of contact with general contractors Creating packing slips Note: This role does not include estimating, material/equipment ordering, or installation and fabrication scheduling — our PMs are focused on drawing accuracy, coordination, project schedule, surveying and field/technical oversight. What You Bring Required: Prior project management or project coordination experience specifically in metal fabrication, structural/miscellaneous metals, ornamental/architectural metalwork, or a closely related industrial/construction trade. General PM experience without an industrial or trades background will not be considered. Required: Working proficiency in AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling software for reviewing and marking up shop and fabrication drawings. Preferred: Familiarity with Bluebeam for markups and document control. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, bills of materials, and contracts. Comfortable conducting field measurements/surveys and regular site visits. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, track changes closely, and maintain attention to detail.
