Recruiter

Darkroom is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and more. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of People and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as we scale.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil.

What You’ll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across the business, from intake to offer.

• Partner with hiring managers to build role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans aligned to team goals.

• Source talent globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach .

• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and strong process management.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure clean tracking in Ashby , supporting hiring operations and reporting.

• Contribute to process improvements that help Darkroom hire faster and more effectively.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting experience , ideally in a high-growth environment or digital-first organization.

• Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce and other cross-functional roles.

• Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search .

• Experience working in an ATS ( Ashby preferred ; Rippling/Notion a plus).

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and shifting priorities.
