As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Maryland state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care, coupled with strong emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

HealthLinkNow values its employees and offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
