Job Title:  Associate, Program Management Job Code: 40217 Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off Job Description:   L3Harris Technologies is seeking an intern for the Program Management team to support our dynamic organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management within a leading technology company in the national security and space sector. Essential Functions:   Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize project plan presentations Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation Participate in project/program meetings as requested Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the IPPT Business Area Qualifications:   To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or have completed their bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age. Preferred Additional Skills:    Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point Experience with Earned Value Management. Experience with Government FARs. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $62,000 - $115,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
