Retail Enablement Manager - CXJO

Retail Enablement Manager Retail Central Operations team partner with dealership leadership to enhance sales performance, optimize digital tools, and elevate the customer experience across our retail network. Compensation and Travel Targeted salary of approximately $150,000 for a highly qualified candidate. Travel: 1–2 times per month. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of strategic initiatives impacting sales and customer experience. Support vendor relationships for CRM and digital retail platforms. Execute rollout, training, and communication plans tailored to dealership needs. Partner with sales, store leadership, marketing, IT, and Holman University to drive adoption and performance. Optimize system configurations, validate performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. Act as liaison between dealerships and vendors for issue resolution and escalations. Track adoption, ensure KPI achievement, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Document and scale best practices across the organization. Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Automotive retail experience required. Proven experience leading large‑scale implementations and process improvements. Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance.
