Senior Accountant Salary: $83,200–$89,440 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Established, mission-driven organization supporting a large national membership base Hybrid schedule (2 days in-office Wed/Thurs, 3 days remote) Consistent 40-hour workweek with limited overtime expectations Location: Gaithersburg, MD High visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams Collaborative, stable team environment with strong tenure Key Responsibilities (Full-Cycle Accounting) Process payroll for ~70 employees using ADP Manage full-cycle AP, including vendor payments and 1099s Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and expense reporting Prepare accruals and support month-end close Assist with budgeting and financial reporting Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested Qualifications (Full-Cycle Accounting) 5+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ADP experience required; NetSuite and Concur a plus Strong month-end close and full-cycle accounting experience Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualified candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration for this exciting job opportunity! #J-18808-Ljbffr
