- Own key areas of the month-end close process
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain audit-ready schedules
- Support acquisition accounting and integration activities
- Assist with external audits and year-end reporting
- Drive process improvements and strengthen documentation
- Partner with finance and operational leaders on special projects and reporting initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience (Big Four not required)
- Experience with month-end close
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Audit support experience
- Preferred:
- CPA or active CPA candidate
- Combination of public accounting and industry experience
- Acquisition accounting experience
- JD Edwards or similar ERP
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve accounting processes
